Classes

Four breathwork classes, one steady approach

Every session is guided the whole way through. You never need to know what comes next, and you can stop whenever you want.

75 minutes · All levels, including complete beginners

Yin Breathwork

Slow, restorative, deeply held.

The heart of what we do. You lie down, get warm, and let the breath do the work. Sound, gentle touch and a steady voice hold the session together while your nervous system unwinds.

What happens

  • Settling in with blankets, bolsters and an eye pillow
  • A slow conscious connected breath, guided the whole way
  • Sound bath through the middle of the session
  • Long integration and a cup of tea before you leave
Best for: Stress that sits in the body, poor sleep, feeling wired but tired

45 minutes · All levels

Grounding Breathwork

Seated, steady, everyday reset.

A shorter seated practice built around slow nasal breathing and long exhales. You leave with two or three techniques you can actually use in the car, at your desk, or before bed.

What happens

  • Simple posture and rib-cage awareness
  • Extended exhale and coherent breathing
  • Practical take-home techniques
  • Short journal and reflection at the close
Best for: Anxiety spikes, busy minds, people new to breathwork

90 minutes · Some breathwork experience helpful

Active Breathwork

Fuller, faster, emotional release.

A more energetic circular breath that can bring up strong sensation and emotion. We screen for suitability first and never push. Come with an open evening afterwards.

What happens

  • Pre-session check-in and consent for touch
  • Circular connected breathing with music
  • Space for sound, shaking and tears if they come
  • Long grounding and aftercare notes
Best for: Feeling stuck, held-in grief or anger, wanting a big reset

60 minutes · All levels, small groups only

Trauma-Informed Breathwork

Choice, pacing and safety first.

Everything is opt-in. Eyes open or closed, sitting or lying, stop whenever you need. We work in small doses with plenty of orienting so your system stays in a window you can handle.

What happens

  • Orienting to the room before anything else
  • Titrated, short breath practices
  • Clear signals to pause at any point
  • Follow-up email with support options
Best for: People who have found breathwork overwhelming before
"Intensity isn't depth. Without a foundation underneath it, it's just intensity."

Tell us what's going on and we'll point you at the right session

If you've had a rough run, or breathwork has felt like too much before, say so. We'd rather put you in a quieter room than have you white-knuckle through a big practice.
